Shipping Time:
For your convenience, we offer a range of expedited shipping options for those who wish to receive their orders sooner. Delivery times for US customers for our our standard shipping method span between 2-5 business days, contingent on your location.

Shipping Rates:
If you opt for an alternative to our standard free shipping method, our shipping rates are determined by the weight of the items in your order, the shipping destination, and your chosen shipping method during checkout. Estimated shipping costs can be viewed during the checkout process.

Order Tracking:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Easily track the progress of your package by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Can I receive my order in multiple shipments?
Yes, it is possible. In cases where size and weight limitations apply, your order may be delivered in multiple packages. We kindly ask for your patience, allowing a few days for all packages to arrive before reaching out to us regarding your order. The number of packages shipped will be clearly indicated on both the shipping labels and your invoice.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, we cannot assume liability for any lost or damaged packages in transit. We assume responsibility for your package until it reaches the post office; beyond that point, it is out our control.

 In the event of a lost package during transit, it is your responsibility to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier indicated in your tracking number. We are not liable for lost packages during transit. If you use a forwarding address, it is your responsibility to contact your forwarding company or service to trace your shipment.

If a shipment is returned to the sender due to an incorrect mailing address, the eligibility for free shipping on the re-sent order will be forfeited. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping charges to have your package resent.
